TMK-Artrom bought TMK Europe’s stake in TMK Resita

In the end of December 2018, TMK-Artrom bought TMK Europe’s stake in TMK Resita. The purchase price amounted 62.29 million Euro, of which 100.000 Euro were paid within 30 days from the contract date and the remainder value in the next five years.
